论学术腐败的成因及治理对策

惩治腐败,是繁荣学术研究的重要条件。当前学术腐败现象的滋生蔓延,原因是多方面的,与我国学者长期缺乏现代学术规范的训练,科学精神缺失,以及学术管理体制上学术与政治不分,学术政治化、意识形态化,学术制度不健全等有着紧密的联系。铲除学术腐败行为,一方面应大力弘扬科学精神,加强学者学术道德建设,同时限制政治权力对学术研究的过分干预,营造宽松、自由的学术研究氛围;另一方面应健全和完善监督、惩处、评价等学术制度,保证学术研究规范进行。

On the Causes and Countermeasures of Academic Corruption

Corruption removal is the important factor of booming academic studies.Nowdays,the rampant phenomenon of academic corruption ranges in cause from the shortage of modern standard training & scientific spirit of scholars to the politicization or ideologization of academy in management and impairment of system.In a bid to eradicate this bad phenomenon,efforts must be made in two ways: on one hand,create a kind of free academic atmosphere by praising scientific spirit,strengthening scholar's academic moral and restricting interference of political power in academic studies;on the other hand,improve or even perfect supervision,punishment and assessment system to guarantee standard operation of academic studies.
