| 摘 要： | 通过论述美国法学教育从社会需要出发、培养实用性人才的机制,分析了我国法学教育中存在的散、乱、差及重理论轻实用等方面的问题,同时针对这些存在的问题,提出了对我国法学教育进行改革的途径及美国法学教育对我国法学教育改革的某些启示。
