| 摘 要： | 《人体轻伤鉴定标准（试行）》第四十二务规定：损伤致孕妇难免流产属轻伤。实践中常常有孕妇外伤后流产要求法医学鉴定，应通过确证被鉴定人伤前是否妊娠、审查病历资料全面了解伤者情况进行鉴定。

| Abstract: | The Article 42 of the "Criterions of Body Minor Injury Degree" stipulates that,"A pregnant woman' inevitable traumatic abortion is minor injury." In practice,it' s common that a pregnant woman requests medicolegal expertise when suffering from traumatic abortion.In this case,it's necessary to prove whether the woman is pregnant before the injury,examine the patient record,and completely collect the injured person's detailed information before the carrying on the medicolegal expertise. |
