| 摘 要： | 法律行为是私法领域中的一个重要概念,在涉外法律关系中法律行为方式的法律适用问题尤为复杂,文章通过对传统上关于法律行为方式法律适用的分析和批判,提出了以意思自治和最密切联系原则来解决这一问题。
