| Abstract: | Since the people's republic of china was founded,because of many factors such as background,the discoveries on nomocracy for people of the leading core of Chinese communist party's three generations are differently presented caring people,benefiting people and powering people and are embodied by from supporting people in power to making people rich and maintaining people's dignity. |
