| Abstract: | Since 2011.3.11,Japan was impacted by the 9 gratitude earthquake,Tsunami and nuclear crisis.This forced many Japanese enterprises transfer their factories oversea.Currently,oversea transformation has been the new trend of Japanese enterprise to develop their transnational management,and this also raises some new issues for development of global economics. |
