U.S.Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's speech against Intemet censorship on January 21 raised contention with China over cyber policy,which flared after Google Inc.last week warned it could pull out of China over hacking and restrictions.The Google incident has attracted a great deal of attention and become a new hot issue between China-U.S.relations.
