农地流转中农民土地权益保障问题探究

农民的诸多权益，都是间接或者直接以土地为载体，失去土地就失去了与土地相连的一系列权益。在农地流转过程中，农民形成了一个新的社会群体，即失地农民群体。他们的弱势地位决定了在农地流转中他们是最直接的受害者。因此，如何切实有效地维护农民的土地权益，是农村工作者亟待解决的主要问题。

A Research on Safeguarding Farmers' Interests and Rights in Circulation of Rural Lands

Many farmers＇ interests and rights are directly or indirectly connected with land, and the loss of land will mean loss of series of rights connected. In the farmland changing process, farmers formed a new social groups, namely the land-lost farmers group whose weak position decided that they are the most direct victims in their circulation of farmland. Therefore, how to effectively protect farmers＇ rights and interests is the main problem to be solved urgently.
