| 摘 要： | 公安院校心理健康工作的基本模式是建立警察心理素质培养与训练的机构,逐步建立起一整套警察心理训练系统,制定出从新警录用到在职培训及心理保健等完整的理论体系和心理服务机构,统一标准,统一内容,贯穿于民警日常管理和成长过程的始终。

And establish a system ofpsycho training as well. The institution will provide psychological services from freshmen trainingto career psychological healthy protection, with a unified standard and a unified context through-out the career life of policemen. |
