| 摘 要： | 图书馆学具有深厚的人文传统,本文论述了图书馆人文关怀中的平等原则、全面服务原则、自由权利原则、为使用者保密原则,并就实现图书馆人文关怀提出了营造人性化的物理环境、平等对待读者、保护读者隐私及提供人性化的服务环境几个方面的途径。
