| 摘 要： | 动产抵押登记制度是解决动产抵押公示方式的最佳选择,也是民法中的一个重大理论和实践问题。我国现行立法对这一问题也做了规定,但从整个登记制度来看,仍有诸多缺陷与不完善之处,我国应尽快完善有关立法,建立一套统一的动产抵押登记的规则,以期对我国动产抵押制度的完善有所推动。

| Abstract: | The resignation system of chattel mortgage is the best choice of the announcement way of chattel mortgage, which is of great theory and practice problem in the civil law too. The current legislation of our country has stipulated for this matter too, however, according to the whole res ignation system, there are a great deal of flaws and not perfect places, China s hould perfect relevant legislation as soon as possible, set up a set of unified rules, to promote the perfection of the system of chattel mortgage of our countr y to some extent. |
