从社会学视角看黑社会犯罪的成因与治理

从社会学的视角来看,经济转轨和社会转型既促进了国家的发展同时也带来了贫富差距、失业等负面影响,由此而导致一部分人被沉淀下来,构成了新的社会分层结构中的最底层。该阶层中的绝大部分人生活在贫困线上,被剥夺感强,部分人甚至有较强的反社会心理,他们往往会成为黑社会犯罪组织的潜在力量,一旦受有组织犯罪亚文化的影响或黑社会犯罪人员的引导便很容易走上犯罪道路。因此,除了对黑社会犯罪进行直接打击之外,还应当从社会方面寻求有效的治理对策。

In the background of social transformation and economic restructuring,factors such as social inequalities,unemployment have led some people to fall into the social bottom.Their lives are badly off.Most of them have a strong feeling of being deprived and some even possess strong sociopath mentality.They are likely to be affected by subculture of organized crimes and be abetted by members of mafia-style organizations,and join in their gangs.Therefore,this social class becomes the potential strength of mafia-style organizations.That is to say,they form the social foundation of mafia-style organizations.
