| 摘 要： | 最近,最高人民法院颁布了《关于审理未成年人刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》,这在司法实践中为更好地挽救未成年犯罪人提供了法律依据。但该解释颁布以来,也暴露出了一些问题,造成了司法机关办理未成年人刑事案件的困惑。
