| 摘 要： | 自2007年大学英语四、六级考试委员会开始酝酿的网考,2008年在部分高校的学生中开始实施。文章详细介绍了新的大学英语四级网考的特点,并针对公安院校学员容易出现的问题,提出了提高学员的英语听力和口语能力的具体方法,以便更好地适应新的大学英语四级网考。

| Abstract: | The CET-4 IBT（Internet Based Test） has been brewed by CET-4 and CET-6 Committee since 2007 and began to implement in part colleges and universities in 2008. This article introduces the characteristics of the new CET-4 IBT,and in accordance with the problems appeared easily among police college and university students,proposes the detailed methods to improve students’ listening comprehension and spoken English ability,which hopes to better meet the new CET-4 IBT. |
