| 摘 要： | 目的：评价中药复方归蓉补血片治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)的疗效。方法：选择诊断明确的慢性型ITP患42例，观察归蓉补血片对不同证型ITP的疗效，结果：归蓉补血片对ITP的总有效率为85．7％，不同证型疗效比较差异无显性，结论：归蓉补血片对不同证型ITP均有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Guirong Buxie tablet in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Method: 42 cases of chronic ITP were selected. The therapeutic effects of Guirong Buxie tablet on different syndrome type ITP were observed. Result: The total effective rate of Guirong Buxie tablet in the treatment of ITP accounted for 85.7%.There was no significant difference among different syndrome types. Conclusion:Guirong Buxie tablet is effective in the treatment of ITP with different syndrome types. |
