化瘀利水方治疗糖尿病性肾病53例临床观察

目的:观察化瘀利水方治疗糖尿病性肾病(DN)水肿的临床疗效。方法:98例DN患者随机分为观察组(化瘀利水方治疗,53例)与对照组(西药治疗,45例),以水肿、蛋白尿为观察指标。结果:观察组患者水肿、腰膝酸软、肢体麻木明显减轻,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)水平比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);观察组尿白蛋白分泌率(UAER)明显减少,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组血尿素氮(BUN)与血清肌酐(Scr)水平明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:化瘀利水方可有效缓解DN水肿等症状,减少蛋白尿,改善肾功能。化瘀利水法为DN之基本治则。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Recipe of Removing Blood Stasis and Inducing Diuresis: A Report of 53 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Recipe of Removing Blood Stasis and Inducing Diuresis (RRI), a traditional Chinese medicine, in treating edema due to diabetic nephropathy (DN). Method: Ninety eight DN patients were randomized into observation group (53 cases, treated with RRI) and control group (45 cases, treated with western medicine). The symptom of edema and proteinuria were employed to observe the therapeutic effects of RRI in treating DN. Result: The symptoms of edema, lassitude in loins and knees, numbness of extremities in observation group significantly alleviated compared with those in control group ( P <0.05); there was no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin between observation group and control group ( P >0.05), the urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) significantly decreased in comparision with those in control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: RRI could effectively relive the symptoms such as edema, decrease proteinuria, and improve the renal function, so the therapy of removing blood stasis and inducing diuretics is fundamental to the treatment of DN.
