| 摘 要： | 目的：观察冬虫夏草菌丝对体外培养的大鼠系膜细胞(MsC)增殖的影响。方法：应用血清药理学，使用氚标胸腺嘧啶(^3H]-TdR)掺入法检测大鼠肾小球MsC增殖。结果：含虫草菌丝血清可抑制MsC的增殖。结论：虫草菌丝可用于肾小球硬化的防治。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of serum with cordyceps on the rat mesangial cell proliferation in vitro.Method:Rat mesangial cell proliferation was researched by seropharmacology and -TdR incorporation.Result: Serum with cordyceps inhibited mesangial cell proliferation. Conclusion: Cordyceps might be used for prevention of glomerulosclerosis. |
