镧对大蒜幼苗吸收铅的影响

摘    要:目的:考察镧(La)对大蒜幼苗吸收铅(Pb)的影响.方法:采用鳞茎繁殖、土壤栽培方法,将大蒜幼苗分成4组:空白组、施La组、施Pb组、施(Pb+La)组.培养4个月后,采割,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定各组大蒜幼苗中铅的含量,考察La对大蒜幼苗吸收Pb的影响.结果:在施用La后,大蒜幼苗中Pb的含量明显下降.结论:La对大蒜幼苗吸收Pb具有一定的抑制作用.

Abstract:Objective:Taken Allium sativum L.as example,to study the effect of LaCl_3 on medicinal herbs.Method:Dividing the herbs into 4 groups,giving different solutions everyday,growing in soils for 4 months.The dissolutions of the herbs were performed in wet way.The contents of lead were determined by atomic absorprion spectrometry.Result: LaCl_3 solution could reduce lead contents in the plants.Conclusion:LaCl_3 could inhibit the injury of lead to the plants.
