| 摘 要： | 目的:观察康肾止血方治疗原发性肾小球性血尿的临床疗效.方法:以康肾止血方治疗36例原发性肾小球性血尿患者,治疗前及疗程中每周进行尿液检查,3个疗程后进行疗效评定.结果:临床控制15例(41.7%),显效10例(27.8%),有效6例(16.7%),无效5例(13.9%),总有效率为86.1%.结论:康肾止血方对原发性肾小球性血尿有确切的临床疗效,但其作用机制尚待研究.

Treatment of Primary Hematuria with Kangshen Zhixue Recipe in 36 cases |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Kangshen Zhixue Recipe (KSZXR) in treating primary hematuria. Method: Thirty six patients with primary hematuria were treated with KSZXR, and the urinary erythrocyte of each patient was tested every week. Result: Fifteen cases were clinically controlled, 10 obviously responsive to KSZXR, 6 responsive, 5 not responsive, and the total response rate was 86.1%. Conclusion: KSZXR has a satisfied curative effect in treating primary hematuria. |
