分层复合固定配合中药熏洗治疗严重髌骨粉碎性骨折12例

目的:探讨复合固定配合中药熏洗治疗严重髌骨粉碎性骨折的可行性及临床效果。方法:12例严重髌骨粉碎性骨折,男8例,女4例;年龄22-58岁,平均45.2岁;骨折碎块4-8块,平均6块。均采用分层复合固定及综合治疗。结果:经4个月-2年的随访,骨折愈合时间6-12周,平均8周。膝关节功能按王亦璁对一般膝关节损伤患者的功能评定方法进行评定,优良率达91.7%。结论:对严重髌骨粉碎性骨折,分层复合固定配合中药熏洗是一种可靠、可行的方法。

Compound Internal Fixation Combined with Washing by Chinese Herbs in the Treatment of Serious Comminuted Patellar Fractures:A Report of 12 Cases

Objective:To explore feasibility and clinic effects of compound internal fixation combined with washing by Chinese herbs in the treatment of serious comminuted patellar fractures.Methods: Twelve patients were 8 males and 4 females,the average age of 45 years ranging from 22 to 58 years,and had the average number of 6 comminuted fracture blocks duo to severe comminuted patellar fractures.They were treated by compound internal fixation and integrated design.Results: All patients were followed up from 4 months to 2 years.The time of fracture healing was from 6 to 12 weeks.The rate of excellent or good function of keen joint was 91.7% according to WANG Yi-cong curative effect standard established to assess the injured keen joint function.Conclusion: Compound internal fixation combined with washing by Chinese herbs is a credibility and feasible method in treating serious comminuted patellar fractures.
