芒针合前列舒丸治疗慢性前列腺炎临床观察

目的:观察芒针与前列舒丸并用治疗慢性前列腺炎在改善患者临床症状、缩短疗程及改善实验室指标等方面的疗效。方法:将85例患者随机分为3组:治疗组(前列舒丸与芒针并用组)28例,对照1组(芒针治疗组)28例,对照2组(前列舒丸组)29例,采用单盲法观察。结果:与对照1组和对照2组比较,治疗组临床总有效率、临床症状消失率显著增高(P<0.05,P<0.01);临床症状积分、NIH生活质量积分、临床症状消失时间及前列腺按摩液常规积分明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:前列舒丸与芒针并用能够明显改善患者临床症状,缩短疗程。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis by Qianlieshu Pill and Awn Needle Therapy

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Qianlieshu pill combined with Awn needle therapy in improving the clinical symptoms,shortening the treatment course and decreasing the EPS-Rt socres in patients with chronic prostatitis.Method: Eighty-five patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into three groups at random.The patients of treatment group(28 cases) received Qianlieshu pills and Awn needle therapy,while the control group-1 with 28 cases received Awn needle therapy and control group-2 with 29 cases received Qianlieshu pills only.Result:Compared with those of control group-1 and control group-2,the total effective rate and thedisappearance ratio of clinical symptoms significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01);While the clinical symptoms scores,NIH life quality scores,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and EPS-Rt scores obviously decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Qianlieshu pill combined with Awn needle therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and life quality index,shorten treatment course.
