三伏灸对支气管哮喘患者血浆sICAM-1、sVCAM-1和sE-slectin水平的影响

摘    要:目的:观察三伏灸对支气管哮喘患者血浆可溶性细胞黏附分子的影响,探讨三伏灸治疗支气管哮喘作用机制。方法:对28例哮喘缓解期患者行三伏灸治疗,观察3个月后的近期疗效,于治疗前及治疗后10d分别检测血浆可溶性细胞黏附分子(sCAM)及IgE水平,并与10例正常人作对照。结果:三伏灸治疗支气管哮喘的总有效率为92.86%。三伏灸能显著降低患者血浆可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平和血清IgE含量(P<0.01),降低血浆可溶性血管-细胞间黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)和可溶性E选择素(sE-selectin)水平(P<0.05)。患者血清IgE含量与sICAM-1含量呈显著相关性(r=0.641,P=0.000),sICAM-1与sVCAM-1之间亦呈正相关(r=0.449,P=0.017)。结论:三伏灸可能通过抑制黏附分子的表达或直接抑制白细胞与内皮细胞的黏附,从而减少炎细胞的浸润,达到治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of dog day moxibustion (DDM) on soluble cellular adhesion molecules in treating bronchial asthma and study its mechanisms. Method:Twenty-eight cases of bronchial asthma in remission stage were treated with dog day moxibustion and therapeutic effect observed after 3 months. Soluble cellular adhesion molecules (sCAM) and IgE were detected before and ten days after the treatment and the results compared with those of 10 of control group. Result:The effective rate was 92.86%. The dog day moxibustion therapy could lower the levels of sICAM-1 and IgE significantly(P0.01) had reduce the content of sVCAM-1 and sE-selectin(P0.05). And the content of IgE had significant correlation with that of sICAM-1(r =0.641,P=(0.000)) while the content of sICAM-1 had correlation with that of sVCAM-1(r =0.449,P=0.017). Conclusion:The dog day moxibustion makes its therapeutic effect through inhibiting the expression of sCAM or adhesion of leucocytes and endothelial cells.
