大蒜素保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎临床观察

目的:观察大蒜素胶囊保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎疗效.方法:随机将250例慢性结肠炎患者分为观察组132例和对照组118例,观察组采用大蒜素胶囊保留灌肠治疗,对照组采用口服大蒜素治疗,并比较两种治疗效果.结果:10 d后,观察组总有效率为93.18%,对照组总有效率为72.88%.两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论:大蒜素胶囊保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎简便易行,疗效确切.

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Colonitis with Allitridum Capsule by Preserving Clysis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of allitridum capsule in treating chronic colonitis by Preserving clysis. Method:Two hundneds and fifty patients with chronic colonitis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group. The patients in observation group were treated with allitridum capsule by Preserving clysis, and the patients in control group by taking allitridum Capsule orally. The effects of two groups were compared. Result: The efficiency rate of the observation group was 93.18% after the treatment of 10 days,more than that of control group (72.88%)(P<0.01). The method of preserving clysis with allitridum capsule is easy,and has marked curative effects on chronic colonitis.
