化瘀通络、分清泌浊法治疗高尿酸血症肾病38例临床观察

目的 :观察化瘀通络、分清泌浊法对高尿酸血症肾病的疗效。方法 :治疗组 38例口服化瘀通络、分清泌浊中药 ,配合口服别嘌呤醇 ,每次 10 0mg ,每日 2次。对照组 38例口服别嘌呤醇 ,每次 10 0mg ,每日 2次。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 86 .8% ,对照组总有效率为 6 3.2 % ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组 2 4h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮及血肌酐治疗后较治疗前明显下降 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :化瘀通络、分清泌浊法可明显改善高尿酸血症肾病患者临床表现 ,降低尿蛋白 ,改善肾功能。

Effect of Therapy of Both Activating Blood and Separating the Clear from the Turbid for Hyperuricemia Nephropathy

Objective:To explore the effect of therapy of both activating blood and separating the clear from the turbid for hyperuricemia nephropathy. Method: Treatment group (n=38) was treated with the therapy of both activating blood and separating the chear from the turbid and allopurinol (HPP), while control group (n=38) only with HPP. Results:The total effective rate was 86.8% in treatment group, while 63.2% in control group;the effect of treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.01).After treatment the total amount of 24 h proteinurine and the level of serum creatinine (Scr) were siginficantly decreased in treatment group in comparision with those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The therapy of both activating blood and separating the clear from the turbid can improve the clinical presentations of hyperuricemia nephropathy, decrease proteinurine and improve renal function.
