金匮肾气丸对肾病综合征脾肾阳虚证患者激素撤减的疗效

目的:观察金匮肾气丸在肾病综合征患者激素撤减阶段的临床疗效.方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例,激素撤减阶段加服金匮肾气丸;对照组40例,强的松按常规减量服用,观察两组患者中医证候积分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿17-OH及血皮质醇浓度的变化.结果:治疗组在中医证候积分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿17-OH及血皮质醇浓度方面与对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05).结论:金匮肾气丸在肾病综合征患者激素撤减阶段有减轻激素不良反应,防止病情复发和加重的作用.

Effect of Jinkui Shenqi Bolus during Hormone Withdrawal in Nephrotic Syndrome Patients with Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney

Objective:To observe the curative efficacy of Jinkui Shenqi Bolus (JKSQB) in treating nephrotic syndrome ( NS ) during hormone withdrawal.Method:Eighty patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 patients in treatment group were treated with JKSQB during hormone withdrawal,and the other 40 patients in control group were treated with hormone withdrawing regularly.The changes of the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome,the quantum of 24 hours urinal protein,urinal 17 OH and the concentration of serum hydrocortisone were observed.Result:There was significant difference in the scores of TCM syndrome,the quantum of 24 hours urinal protein, urinal 17 OH and the concentration of serum hydrocortisone between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:JKSQB can relieve the side effects during hormone withdrawal,and prevent recurrence and aggravation of NS.
