中药注射液抗家兔心肌缺血再灌注性心律失常的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究参麦注射液、血塞通注射液、参麦注射液与血塞通注射液合用抗家兔心肌缺血再灌注性心律失常的作用。方法:将32只家兔随机分为4组,复制在体心肌缺血再灌注模型,分别于再灌注前经静脉注射9.0 g/L氯化钠注射液、参麦注射液、血塞通注射液、参麦注射液 血塞通注射液。结果:参麦注射液与血塞通注射液均能够降低再灌注性心律失常的发生率、病死率;参麦注射液与血塞通注射液合用具有明显的抗再灌注性心律失常作用(P<0.05)。参麦注射液与血塞通注射液均能够升高心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶的活性,降低心肌组织丙二醛的含量;二者合用效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液、血塞通注射液、参麦注射液与血塞通注射液合用有抗再灌注性心律失常的作用,参麦注射液与血塞通注射液合用较应用其中单一药物效果更好。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Shenmai injection,Xuesaitong injection,the combined injection of Shenmai and Xuesaitong in preventing arrhythmais induced by ischemia and reperfusion in rabbits.Methods: Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into four groups and were modelled as the reperfusion injury of ischemic myocardium.Modelled rabbits were intravenously injected with 9.0 g/L NS(as controls),Shenmai injection,Xuesaitong injection,combined injection of Shenmai and Xuesaitong respectively before reperfusion.Results:Shenmai injection and Xuesaitong injection could obviously antagonize arrhythmia induced by ischemia and reperfusion.The efficacy of SM XST is more obvious.Shenmai injection and Xuesaitong injection could obviously increased the SOD activity and reduced the MDA content of myocardial tissue.Compared with SM group or XST group the content of SOD in SM XST group increased remarkably(P<0.05),and the content of MDA decreased remarkably(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shenmai injection,Xuesaitong injection,combined Shenmai injection and Xuesaitong injetion could obviously antagonize arrhythmia induced by ischemia and reperfusion.The efficacy of the combined injection of Shenmai and Xuesaitong is better than that of Shenmai injection or Xuesaitong injection.
