正脂丸抗氧化、保护血管内皮功能作用的研究

摘    要:目的:观察正脂丸防止动脉粥样硬化(As)形成的作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:18只家兔随机分为3组(空白对照组、模型组、正脂丸组),实验前及实验8周后测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)和一氧化氮(NO)。8周后处死动物,测定主动脉粥样硬化斑块面积、主动脉分支开口处斑块形成率及心壁内冠状动脉分支狭窄程度。结果:8周后正脂丸组血清TC、Ox-LDL水平明显低于模型组,NO高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),主动脉斑块面积、心壁内冠状动脉分支狭窄程度均明显小于模型组。结论:正脂丸有防止As形成的作用,其作用机制除降低血清TC含量外,还与其防止低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化、保护血管内皮功能有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the anti-atherogenetic effect of Zhengzhi pellet(ZZP) and its mechanisms. Method: 18 rabbits were divided randomly into three groups and fed with common forage, high lipid forage, high lipid forage adding ZZP, respectively. Serum total cholesterol (TC) and oxidative low density lipoprotein(Ox-LDL),nitric oxide(NO) were detected at the 0 and 8th week. At the end of the 8th week, aorta and heart were obtained for measurement of mean plaque area in aorta and degree of stenosis of coronary arteries. Result: After 8 weeks, concentrations of serum TC and Ox-LDL in ZZP group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P<0.05), NO level was significantly higher than that in model group(P<0.05).The mean plaque area of aorta and the degree of stenosis of coronary artery branches in the heart wall in the ZZP group were much less than those in the model group. Conclusion: ZZP can inhibit atherogenesis. Apart from decreasing serum TC,the mechanisms maybe correlate with its anti-lipoperioxide action and protective effect on endothelial cell.
