苓桂术甘汤对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的：研究苓桂术甘汤对正常小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法：取正常小鼠，按大、中、小剂量（42．90，21．45，4．29g/kg)连续给药7d，称取免疫器官质量、测定碳粒廓清率、血清溶血素抗体水平和淋巴细胞转化率。结果：苓桂术甘汤能明显增加小鼠免疫器官质量，提高小鼠碳粒廓清指数和吞噬活性，促进小鼠血清抗体生成和淋巴细胞转化、分裂。结论：苓桂术甘汤能明显增强小鼠的免疫功能。

Effects of Linggui Zhugan Decoction on Immunological Function in Mice

Objective:To study the effects of Linggui Zhugan decoction on specifically and non specificallyimmunological function in mice.Method: Low,middle,high dosage of Linggui Zhugan decoction were administered to normal mice respectively for seven days.Immunological organ weight indexes,carbon powder clearance rate,serum hemolysin level,lymphocyte transformation ratio were measured.Result:Linggui Zhugan decoction could obviously increase immunological organ weight,carbon powder clearance rate and phagocyte activity,promote the production of serum antibody,the transformation and proliferation of lymphocyte cells.Conclusion:Linggui Zhugan decoction can strengthen the immunological function in mice.
