| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨通窍活血汤对缺血心肌内皮素(endothelin，ET)基因表达的影响。方法：将SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组及给药组，用RT—PCR方法分别测定各组心肌ET基因的表达。结果：模型组心肌ET基因的表达显高于对照组及给药组。结论：通窍活血汤可降低缺血心肌ET基因的表达，这可能是其抗心肌缺血的机制之一。

Effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on Myocardial Endothelin Gene Expression in Myocardial Ischemic Rats |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on myocardial endothelin gene expression in myocardial ischemic rats.Method:SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group,model group and treatment group. Myocardial endothelin gene expression was determined in all three groups by RT PCR.Result:Myocardisal endothelin gene expression in model group was significantly higher than that in control group and treatment group.Conclusion:Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction could decrease the myocardisal endothelin gene expression in ischemic myocardium,and this probably is one of mechanisms that resist ischemia in myocardium. |
