| 摘 要： | 目的：初步评价安徽亳州引种甘草的质量,方法：薄层色谱鉴别;RP－HPLC测定甘草酸含量。结果：亳州引种甘草中甘草酸含量低于原产地内蒙古甘草,但基本符合《中华人民共和国药典》（2000年版）的质量要求。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the quality of glycyrrhiza transplanted in Bozhou city.Method:Glycyrrhiza transplanted in Bozhou City of Anhui Province was identified by thin layer chromatogram,and the content of glycyrrhizic acid was determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatogram.Result:The content of glycyrrhizic acid of glycyrrhiza transplanted in Bozhou county was lower than those cultivated in Inner Mongolia municipality,but it accorded with the standard stipulated in part one of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia"published in the year 2000. |
