| Abstract: | It is very common for college students to get injured accidently when playing basketball.This kind of dispute can be solved effectively by identifying parties＇ liability and compensating reasonably.Parties＇ legitimate rights and interests can be protected through improving the relevant legislation and introducing social compensation and assistance. |
