| Abstract: | The freedom of articles of association is a decisive factor for a company to realize corporate autonomy,and it is also necessary to stimulate repressive terms in Company Law.The principle that ＂Chapter Tax cannot violate the peremptory norms of Company Law＂ should be analyzed according to different situations and then be judged on the effect of actions. |
