| 摘 要： | 随着科技发展和医疗需求的增加,医疗器械在社会生活中占据着非常重要的地位。同时,各种有关医疗器械的违法活动也在日益增多。文章对目前我国的医疗器械违法行为进行了总结,并系统整理了现行《刑法》对医疗器械违法行为的规制。
