检察机关司法警察工作规范化建设初探

目前,检察机关司法警察规范化建设中还存在法警职责定位不明、使用不当、管理不清、人员和装备不足等问题。推动法警工作规范化建设不能仅仅依靠局部的调整或是单纯的技术性操作,需要综合考量各种因素,既要治标又要治本,通过各种途径解决制约法警工作规范化发展的各方面难题。

Study on Standardized Construction of Judicial Police Work in Procuratorial Organs

At present,there are some problems in standardized construction of judicial police work in procuratorial organs,such as unclear position for bailiffs＇ responsibility,misusing,unclear management,lack of personnel and equipment,etc.Promoting standardized construction of judicial police work cannot just depend on a partial adjustment or purely technical operation;it needs considering comprehensively various factors from both symptoms and roots for temporary and permanent solutions and solving all the difficulties that restrict the standardized development of bailiffs＇ job by various means.
