| 摘 要： | 中俄两国自转轨以来,在政治上都进行了政党制度的改革,两者在改革的对象、改革的内容、改革的性质以及面临的问题等方面各有异同,但两者在政党制度的改革和发展中取得的一些成效表明,一国政党制度建设一定要与本国国情相适应,才具有生命力。

| Abstract: | Since the transition of China and Russia,they both have carried on reforms of the Party systems.On the reform object,contents,nature and other problems,they respectively have similarities and differences.However,the achievements they＇ve made in their reform and development have indicated that the building of Party system must fit in with their national conditions,otherwise it＇ll lose vitality. |
