| 摘 要： | 银行卡犯罪是伴随着银行卡业务的发展而兴起的一种高科技、高智能的新型犯罪,其涉及法律关系复杂、侦防难度大等问题。文章从持卡人、发卡行、特约商户和公安机关的角度探讨了社会整体防控工作,防患于未然,以期减少银行卡犯罪的发生。

| Abstract: | Bank card crime is accompanied by the development of bank card business and the rise of a high-tech,highly intelligent new types of crime,the complexity of legal relationships involved,surveillance is difficult.In this paper,cardholders,issuers,merchants＇ perspective of the public security organs of the community prevention and control and take preventive measures to reduce the incidence of bank card crime. |
