| 摘 要： | 虚假诉讼严重损害了司法权威和社会公平正义。文章重点剖析了此类案件查处无力的原因,并提出完善立法,建立健全法院案件管理机制,加强思想道德宣传和教育这样查、处、防三位一体的综合防治策略。

| Abstract: | False lawsuit has damaged judicial authority and social equity and justice seriously.This article makes emphasis on analyzing the reasons why such cases are unable to investigate,and then provides a comprehensive control strategy by means of trinity of verification,punishment,and prevention.That is we should improve legislation,establish and improve the management system of court cases,and strengthen ideological and moral propaganda and education. |
