社会管理创新与谈判式管理探讨

社会矛盾的凸显考验着政府的社会管理创新能力,而谈判式管理是一种由政府提供交流平台,就社会公众关注的利益焦点,通过沟通、协商等手段,经反复调整各自目标,最终达成双赢的管理过程,是社会管理创新的有效方式之一。笔者试图从谈判理念、集体谈判制度、谈判培训等方面探索谈判式管理机制的完善。

Social Management Innovation and Negotiation-Based Management Exploration

Increasing social contradictions challenge the government＇s social management innovation,and negotiation-based management,acting as one of the effective methods of social management innovation,focus on the areas that the public most concern and aims to ultimately achieve a win-win consequence through communication,negotiation,and repeated adjusted their goals under the communication platform provided by government.This article attempts to give some recommendation on how to improve the negotiation-based management mechanism through negotiation conception,collective bargaining system,and negotiation training,and so on.
