| 摘 要： | 宽严相济刑事司法政策是新时期国家提出的新的刑事司法政策。此政策对检察工作具有重要的指导意义。文章根据宽严相济刑事司法政策出台的背景，结合批准逮捕工作和公诉工作，对宽严相济刑事司法政策在检察实务中的实施作了简单的阐述。
