On Scientific Development View and Circulatory Economy

A new characteristic of scientific view lies in the harmonious development of man and nature and the upholding of the strategy of sustainable development. Circulatory economy has a great significance to sustainable development: it greatly reduces the emission of pollutants, promotes the effective utilization of resources, improves the healthy development of economy, helps to eliminate the three great disparities and meets the need of the entry into the WTO. Circulatory economy is the best way to achieve sustainable development. Taking other countries' development of circulatory economy into consideration, we may well say that the development of circulatory economy requires the joint effort of the government, the enterprises and the public.
