国外高校助学帮困工作及对我国的启示

高校家庭经济困难学生的助学帮困工作,是关系到教育公平和社会稳定的一个重大问题。目前我国已经基本建立起奖、贷、助、补、减有机结合的多元一体的家庭经济困难学生资助体系。然而,高校具体的资助工作中仍然存在着一系列的难题。借鉴国外高校学生资助政策中的相关经验,对于解决当前我国高校助学帮困工作中存在的具体问题,改进我国高校的经济困难学生资助政策有所助益。

Helping students from poor families finish school is a significant problem which related to the education fairness and social stability in our country.In order to help students from poor families continue their schooling,education assistance policies concerning scholarships,student loans,work-study programs,subsidies,and full or partial exemptions of tuition have been established.However,there are still a series of problems in practical work.This article will learn a lesson form student finance assistance policies of foreign.Their experience can help us present reform proposals for student finance assistance policies of our country.
