| Abstract: | Along with the reformation and development of higher education, college students work need to face the new situation, to establish new work idea adapt ing to the quality education from three angles which are comprehensive training objectives, the working methods of the service type, and the expert body of work, and build new work system from three aspects of rganizational system, service system, and information system. |
