| 摘 要： | 新形势下,大学生校外租房呈现出隐蔽化、多样化、灵活化的特点,给高校学生住宿管理工作提出了更高的要求。以厦门某高校为样本,通过问卷调查和个案访谈法,了解大学生校外租房的特点、原因,并从转变宿舍管理观念、创新宿舍管理模式、培育社区文化、加强对出租房监管等角度,提出对策建议。
