| Abstract: | This thesis aims at looking for an optional legislative pattern by analyzing the advantage and disadvantage and cost and income between three kinds of drafting pattern:administrative body drafting pattern,legal expert drafting pattern and practical lawyer drafting pattern.on the basis of the dissertation I put forward my suggestions—push the regulation drafting into the market and society to make the legislation more democratic scientific and beneficial. |
