摘    要:宪法学属于法学基础理论学科,理论性强,学生学习起来困难。宪法学又是学生学习其他部门法的基础,宪法学基本理论掌握不好,会影响其他部门法的学习,因此对宪法学教学方法的探讨显的尤为重要。实践证明,在宪法学教学中,适当选择并注意运用宪法案例(事例),能有效提高课堂的教学效果。

Abstract:The science of constitution belongs to the basic theory of law,and with its strong sense of theory,it is really difficult for student to study.Meanwhile,as the basis theory of other department law,it has strong influence on other department law,so it is quite important to probe into the teaching method of the science of law.The practice has proved that in teaching process,using cases to teach can effectively improve the classroom teaching effect.
