| 摘 要： | 反垄断法服务于社会发展和社会总体利益,金融危机下可对其执法松紧进行适当的调整。反垄断法需要进一步细化以赋予执法机构调整执法的灵活性。金融危机下反垄断执法制度性完善需配合相应的惩戒措施。

| Abstract: | Anti-monopoly law serves the interest of social development and the society as a whole, and its enforcement may be appropriately adjusted in the financial crisis. Anti-monopoly law need to be further refined to give law enforcement agencies sufficient flexibility. Accordingly disciplinary measures could match with a strict anti-monopoly law enforcement. |
