| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国刑法修正案(七)》提高了巨额财产来源不明罪的法定刑,符合打击腐败犯罪的要求,也是"宽严相济"刑事政策的体现。然而,巨额财产来源不明罪在现实中仍存在许多困境,为了解决该罪所产生的问题,必须从立法及相关制度方面完善,加大对腐败的打击力度。

| Abstract: | Though the Amendment to Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China(Seven) raises the legal sentence of the huge unknown property crime and meets the needs of striking the corruption crime,the crime of huge unknown property is still in a difficult situation in reality.To solve the problems the crime brings about,legislation and relative rules must be perfected and strong measures must be taken against corruption. |
