| 摘 要： | 党的十八大以来,北京市西城区各级党组织牢固树立"抓好党建就是最大政绩"意识,坚持以"筑牢红墙意识,坚持首善标准"推动全区基层党建工作水平整体提升。文章立足首都功能核心区基层党建面临的形势任务和必要性,提出了加强首都功能核心区党建工作的措施。
