四川藏区特色经济发展途径研究

四川藏区由于受自然条件、历史文化等影响,民族经济发展整体缓慢,但境内特色资源富集,差异化优势明显,面对新一轮西部大开发、成渝经济区区域规划和中央重大决策部署,发展特色经济成为当前抢抓机遇、主动作为、跨越发展的重大突破口。在深入分析四川藏区发展特色经济的重要意义的基础上,通过理性剖析影响该区域特色经济发展的制约因素和优势资源,提出深化"差异化"发展、加强优势资源转化、扩大主导产业规模、优化重点保障体系等措施,全面推进四川藏区经济跨越发展和社会长治久安。
