强化决策情报工作 服务公安领导决策

当前公安决策情报工作存在认识不到位、情报产品质量不高和应用效能低下、机制不健全、队伍建设落后等问题。应该加强组织领导,提高对决策情报工作的认识;增强情报的广度、深度、适用性和预警性,提高情报产品质量;实现决策情报工作与公安决策的一体化,切实发挥情报产品作用;建立健全各项机制,实现决策情报工作的规范化、制度化;选聘、培训、学习相结合,提高决策情报队伍整体素质。

Improving Decision-related Intelligence Service in Police Practice

Intelligence service for police decision-making has been very inefficient,which is embodied in insufficient awareness,low quality of information,low-efficient systems and backward force construction.Consequently,the following countermeasures should be put to practice:enhancing the awareness of intelligence service for police decision-making;improving the quality of intelligence in terms of profoundness,wideness,practicability and alertness; integrating intelligence service into the police decision-making process;modernizing and systemizing intelligence service;improving the quality of the intelligence agents through selected promotion,training and learning.
